Team Building Days or "Away Days" can be organised on behalf of your company with or without training and your programme designed be-spoke to your requirements.
If you need a hotel or training room, we have relationships with all sizes of providers to suit your requirements. How about a small country coffee shop with fantastic food and its own training room for 15 or a meeting in a Tipi, country hotel with activities in the grounds or crossing the lake.

One programme is to use our Cree Tipi ceremony based around 'values' any business can then transpose their own values in a unique, inspirational and memorable training method.
Alternatively you could use the large 18' Tipi as a teamwork exercise then have a Pow-wow feedback session afterwards round the fire.
We can also set the Tipi up outside your hotel as part of your in-house training to add a different dimension.
If you want to experience 'Adventure Wales' and use the natural surroundings that give immediate and powerful learning & feedback, then this can be arranged. You can be coached to paddle down the beautiful River Wye by a British Canoeing Guide, climb a mountain or challenge your fear of heights on a 150' abseil.

These can just be a fun series of activities for all to enjoy or they can be biased to highlight any particular current needs i.e communication, working together, change or new team.
You can use the day to have a fun away day feel to increase the bond between departments or teams.
The courses are all be-spoke to the clients requirements - the intensity of the challenge depends on the approach of the team to their level of team development.
We can arrange anything from a series of team challenges to take place at your work location, hotel conference room. Alternatively use unique natural spaces to include outdoor activities such as climbing, canoeing or raft-building. Although it doesn't need to highly physical to create a challenge that will bring out the best in your team development.
